Alex Khvatov:  What are your measurements (height, weight and forty time)?

Dougladson Subtyl:  6’4”, 260 lbs, 4.7.

Alex Khvatov:  Where are you currently training for the NFL Draft?

Dougladson Subtyl:  Move Performance in Chandler, AZ.

Alex Khvatov:  Describe your overall experience at the Tropical Bowl.

Dougladson Subtyl:  It was fun practicing with the guys and some of the guys I played against with in college.  I was on kickoff trying to take someone’s head off.  I had a sack fumble and a fumble recovery and a couple of tackles on defense and special teams.

Alex Khvatov:  What was the biggest thing that you took away from that all-star game?

Dougladson Subtyl:  Taking coaching.  We are all playing to get one opportunity.

Alex Khvatov:  Coming out of high school, what programs showed interest in you?

Dougladson Subtyl:  I talked to USF.

Alex Khvatov:  How did you wind up at JUCO?

Dougladson Subtyl:  Herman Smith, the D-line coach from Victorville sent me an email and I talked to my D-line coach Hackett and we agreed on going there.

Alex Khvatov:  Why did you transfer to Arizona State?

Dougladson Subtyl:  I transferred to Arizona State because they recruited a lot of JUCO players, and all of them graduated.

Alex Khvatov:  What are your strengths?

Dougladson Subtyl:  I’m driven and determined.  I don’t give up easily.  I always get back up.  I’m dependable and respectful.

Alex Khvatov:  What areas of your game are you trying to improve upon?

Dougladson Subtyl:  I always have room for improving.  The game is changing every year.  I have to step up my game every year to be the best vision of myself.

Alex Khvatov:  Describe your overall career.

Dougladson Subtyl:  I played two years in high school and went to JUCO.  I was number one in the nation at my position and I was 9th in all of the positions.  I was ranked 2nd in the PAC-12 by the 5th game.

Alex Khvatov:  What is the highlight of your career up to this point?

Dougladson Subtyl:  The bowl game.  I was running full speed and knocked the returner down.

Alex Khvatov:  Who is your favorite NFL player?

Dougladson Subtyl:  That’s a hard question.  I have a lot.

Alex Khvatov:  What is the most important trait for a DL?

Dougladson Subtyl:  Being destructive.

Alex Khvatov:  Before the ball is snapped, what are the tendencies that you are looking for from the offense?

Dougladson Subtyl:  This is where the film work comes in.  I look at the formation first and foremost.  I’m keying at the guard and I’m playing the run first.

Alex Khvatov:  Who is the toughest player that you have faced on an opposing team?

Dougladson Subtyl:  I’ve played against many, but I’d have to say players at Michigan State were pretty tough.

Alex Khvatov:  What are your hobbies?

Dougladson Subtyl:  I love playing instruments, creating videos, learning new things and workout.

Alex Khvatov:  What do you want to do with your life after your football career is over?

Dougladson Subtyl:  I’ve been getting into real estate this past year, so I’d put all my time and effort into that if I couldn’t play.  I will also own many homes and apartments in various states.

Alex Khvatov:  What five words best describe you?

Dougladson Subtyl:  Driven, motivated, hard-working, respectful and caring.
