Harrison Bryant, TE, Florida Atlantic (1) (underrated)

-lined up in the slot and as an H back

-decent YAC guy

-good blocker

-good pass catcher

-able to go out and catch an intermediate-long pass

Brycen Hopkins, TE, Purdue (2)

-good at sustaining blocks in the run game

-ran a lot of underneath routes

-needed to be used more in the Purdue Offense

-natural pass catcher

-not a huge playmaker in the pass game though

Hunter Bryant, TE, Washington (3)

-good speed running his routes

-below average run blocker

-needs to keep his balance in open field blocking

-needs to have better blocking form

-decent YAC guy

Adam Trautman, TE, Dayton (4) (overrated)

-tall target

-used as a wide receiver at times in Dayton’s offense

-not a good route runner

-active blocker

-can be a mauler as a run blocker

Cole Kmet, TE, Notre Dame (5)

-good at breaking tackles after the catch

-good pass catcher and moves to catch the ball

-lines up in-line and as an H back as well as the slot

-needs to square better as a run blocker

-fumbles are something he needs work on

Cheyenne O’Grady, TE, Arkansas (underrated)

-decent blocker

-ran simple routes

-lined up in-line and in the slot

-gets separation with speed and not change of direction

-decent hands

Mitchell Wilcox, TE, South Florida (overrated)

-needs to get stronger as a blocker

-didn’t look as good in combine drills

-isn’t as good on 50-50 balls

-has okay technique as a blocker

-lined up in line and split end

-good running after the catch

-has good separation speed for a tight end

Eli Wolf, TE, Georgia (Sleeper)

-violent blocker

-needs to move a bit better as a blocker

-capable pass catcher

-needs to work on his open field blocking

-has decent route running ability

-good two-way tight end that just needs some coaching on his blocking

Colby Parkinson, TE, Stanford

-lines up as an H back and wide receiver and in-line

-gets separation

-needs to become better at coming up with 50-50 balls

-needs to square better when he blocks

-decent receiver

Albert Okwuegbunam, TE, Missouri

-needs to be a more active open field blocker

-lines up in-line and in the slot

-not a very good run blocker but can flash at times

-needs to learn to be a better route runner even as tight end

-lots of potential as a 6’7 tight end but a project at this point in his career

-awesome 40 time at the combine

Thaddeus Moss, TE, LSU

-I like how he bumps the d-lineman on the way to his route

-lines up as a receiver on the outside and in the slot and well as in-line

-average run blocker

-average pass blocker

-needs to add strength to his run blocking

Devin Asiasi, TE, UCLA

-capable pass catcher

-decent run blocker

-decent route runner

-lines up in-line and in the slot

-finishes his blocks

Jared Pinkney, TE, Vanderbilt

-average run blocker

-needs come up with 50-50 balls better

-needs to sustain blocks better on WR screens

-lined up in-line and in the slot

-needs to do better as a route runner

Steven Sullivan, TE, LSU

-good speed on tape to get separation

-needs to square better as a blocker

-willing blocker

-is a deep threat for a tight end

-I like that he can line up as an outside receiver and still get open

-okay pass blocker but just needs some work on technique

-very good receiving tight end

Kyle Markway, TE, South Carolina

-lined up as an H back

-needs better hands

-good run blocker

-can move as a blocker

-more of a blocking tight end

-surprisingly good route runner

-capable of being a short pass catcher

-grinds out extra yards after the catch

Giovanni Ricci, TE, Western Michigan

-very good route runner for a TE

-very good pass catcher

-active run blocker

-good toughness to stay with the catch; good hands

-has some quickness for a tight end

-does need to get stronger as a blocker

Jacob Breeland, TE, Oregon

-needs to square better as a blocker

-goes out for a lot of short passes

-okay as a pass blocker but needs to get stronger

-doesn’t move as well as a blocker

-he is too soft as a blocker

-only goes out for short routes

-doesn’t get separation

Sean McKeon, TE, Michigan

-decent in-line blocker

-runs hard on routes

-lined up as a fullback

-needs to get better separation

-Shea Patterson also wasn’t getting him the ball

Dominick Wood-Anderson, TE, Tennessee

-good blocker

-I like his effort as a run blocker

-has some trouble getting separation as a pass catcher

-goes for a lot of short passes

-more of a blocking tight end
