Alex Khvatov:
What is your exact height,
weight and forty time?
Andrew Tiller:
I am 6'4, 324 pounds and I ran a 5.40 forty time.
Alex Khvatov:
Describe your senior season to
us.
Andrew Tiller:
I was happy that I received First Team All-Big
East. But I was upset that our team finished with a
5-7 record. I gave up only one sack which was
called back. I also had the most pancakes out of
all offensive linemen on our team.
Alex Khvatov:
What is your biggest strength?
Andrew Tiller:
My biggest strength is my run blocking.
Alex Khvatov: What
areas of your game do you need to improve upon?
Andrew Tiller:
Pass blocking. There is some room for improvement
that I need to make in that area.
Alex Khvatov:
How have you been training for
the NFL Draft?
Andrew Tiller:
I went down to Florida and worked out at Ignition
with Cliff Marshall. Ever since the Combine ended,
I have been working out at home.
Alex Khvatov:
Do you have any personal
visits coming up?
Andrew Tiller:
I have a couple of workouts coming up. There are a
lot of teams showing interest in me. Scouts tell me
that I do a lot of great things. But I need to
improve in my pass blocking and in my lateral
movement. It is something that I have been working
on.
Alex Khvatov:
Were you satisfied with your
Pro Day?
Andrew Tiller:
I was happy with my Pro Day. I did well in my bench
press and positional drills, Twenty nine teams
watched me work out.
Alex Khvatov:
Tell us about your Scouting
Combine performance.
Andrew Tiller:
Combine was a once in a lifetime experience. It is
an important day and it is what you make of it. But
it is not a life or death experience. If you stress
out too much, then you won't do well. You have to
go there and relax. Then you will do your best. My
combine trip was successful.
Alex Khvatov:
What is the highlight of your
football career?
Andrew Tiller:
Last year we played in a Pinstripe Bowl against
Kansas State. We won that game. It was the
greatest feeling in the world.
Alex Khvatov:
Which underclassmen on your team should we keep an
eye on in the future?
Andrew Tiller:
The rising stars are LT Justin Pugh and RG Lou
Alexander.
Alex Khvatov:
What are some of the goals
that you have set for yourself?
Andrew Tiller:
I will just take it one step at a time. I want to
have a very long pro career. My goal is to play for
the next 10 to 15 years.
Alex Khvatov:
What do you enjoy the most
about football?
Andrew Tiller:
I love the physical aspect of the game. Football is
very entertaining
Alex
Khvatov:
What are your hobbies?
Andrew Tiller:
Right now I am working out a lot. I like to play
basketball and I like to stay active.
Alex Khvatov: Finish
the sentence, Andrew Tiller is ...
Andrew Tiller:
Humble and hard-working. I work hard. I stay out
of trouble. I always stay positive.
