- With Tony running a little late, Chris and J.R. spend some time talking about the latest news and rumors in the NFL.  After that they call upon NFLDB favorite Mario Hines to fill in.  Mario takes us through what's been going on with him since we last spoke including his time in the AFL and then in the CIFL.  Once Tony becomes available the foursome talks about their biggest surprises and disappointments so far this NFL season and name their top 5 wide receivers of all time.  The show ends with the boys talking about the better rappers, turned actors and they come up with their top 5 black quarterbacks of all time.

- Chris, Tony and J.R. start off the show by talking about the latest NFL news and rumors, including Vince Young being named the starting quarterback for the Titans, Larry Johnson being suspended (and where he could end up if he were to be released and Stanford coach Jim Harbaugh claiming the his quarterback, Andrew Luck, is the best in the country.  Following that they name the teams who could be next to go through QB controversies, which NFL players will be remembered as better than they were once they retire (and the opposite of that), as well as naming the NFL Division races that will go down to the wire.

- At the top of the show Tony talks quickly about what influence the swine flu "epidemic" has had on him while teaching.  Following that the guys talk about the big news of the week including what how a comment like the one Maurice Jones-Drew made about his team would have gone over with J.R. during his collegiate offensive guard days.  Chris has to leave a little early because of the Phillies games, but the show wraps up with Tony and J.R. naming the one player on each NFL team that they could not stand to lose.

- This week the guys talk about which NFL player in a contract year has helped/hurt themselves the most through their play on the field, they name the top 5, and bottom 5 offensive and defensive lines in the NFL today and they debate whether Michael Crabtree's antic will discourage future holdouts.  Near the end of the show we lose Tony due to audio problems, so Chris and JR turn the talk to basketball and name the top 5 centers in the league today.

- With J.R. unavailable this week, things go back to the way they were at the beginning with Chris and Tony going the duo route.  This is a shorter show because of some audio problems that cropped up, but before that happened the guys talked about Shaq Vs, the players that impressed them the most during the first week of the college football season, which games they enjoyed the most and a lot more.

- After missing a pair of shows (one due to a scheduled break and the other to audio problems) the guys take some time to settle back in by talking about pop culture at the top of the show including movies, notstarring.com and FHM's top 100 list.  Once things turn strictly to football topics include the debut of HBO's "Hard Knocks" starring the Cincinnati Bengals, the new college coaches we're more excited about, the senior QB we'd want running our team and the traits we believe are necessary for every top quarterback to have.

R. an excuse to talk about the Steelers extensively, specifically the questionable media coverage of the Ben Roethlisberger case.  The gentlemen discuss the players that could break out in 2009 in the NFL and the deepest classes in College Football's 2009 class.  They delve into the recent ramblings about the BCS, the surprising bookings of Army and other service academies, and the relevance of blogs in the world of sports journalism.  The guys chat with Philadelphia Eagles fullback Leonard Weaver.
