Alex Khvatov: What is it like getting an invitation to the Senior Bowl?
D’Montre Wade: It is a blessing to be in the same category as the other players who are here. It is a great opportunity to compete and connect with the players here. It is a great opportunity to get to the next level. It is part of the process.
Alex Khvatov: How did you wind up at Murray State?
D’Montre Wade: I was a RB coming out of high school. I was underrated. I wanted to go to Mississippi State. I waited for them. I never got the offer. I took a visit to Murray State. I enjoyed it. They offered me as an athlete. They moved me to corner.
Alex Khvatov: What do you want to show NFL teams this week?
D’Montre Wade: I am a physical corner. I can play bump and run. I can compete with any receiver out here.
Alex Khvatov: What are your strengths on the field?
D’Montre Wade: I have good ball skills. My athletic ability. I always compete.
Alex Khvatov: What areas of your game are you trying to improve upon?
D’Montre Wade: Technique stuff. Developing better as a corner.
Alex Khvatov: Who was the toughest WR that you have played against?
D’Montre Wade: Corey Davis from Western Michigan. He is with the Titans right now.
Alex Khvatov: Describe your overall career at Murray State.
D’Montre Wade: I got First Team All-OVC my senior year. I was First Team FCS All-American. As a team, we went 3-8 this year. I formed a brotherhood with my teammates and the love for my coaches.
