Alex Khvatov:  What is it like being here at the Senior Bowl?

Jeremy Reaves:  It is everything and more than I have ever imagined.  I am a Panhandle kid.  I grew up watching this game.  To be able to come back and play in front of my hometown is amazing.  I played my college ball in Mobile.  It doesn’t get much better than this.  I am extremely grateful and blessed that Mr. Savage and the committee chose me.

Alex Khvatov:  How did you wind up at South Alabama?

Jeremy Reaves:  I was actually getting a lot of looks out of high school.  I went to a few camps after my junior year.  I got a lot of buzz going into my senior season.  I got an L5 injury to my back the fifth game of my senior season.  It sidelined me for six weeks.  I lost a lot of schools through that process.  I came back for the rest of my senior year.  South Alabama stuck with me through the entire process.  I signed with them.  I was recruited as an athlete, but they wanted me to play safety for them.

Alex Khvatov:  What are your strengths on the field?

Jeremy Reaves:  Awareness.  The ability to recognize plays.  I am also very instinctive.

Alex Khvatov:  What areas of your game are you trying to improve upon?

Jeremy Reaves:  I need to improve on my hand placement in man coverage.  I can get overaggressive and it can get the best of me.  You can’t touch them after five yards.  I have to train myself in that area.

Alex Khvatov:  Where are you currently training for the NFL Draft?

Jeremy Reaves:  I am training at APEC in Fort Worth, Texas.

Alex Khvatov:  Who was the toughest WR that you have played against?

Jeremy Reaves:  A.J. Brown from Ole Miss.

Alex Khvatov:  Tell us about your career at South Alabama.

Jeremy Reaves:  I was a leader and a captain.  I hold a lot of what we went through as a team on my shoulders.  I have a lot of bad taste in my mouth.  I wanted to see the senior class go out on a high note.  It was a rough patch.  But it was a learning experience.
