Alex Khvatov: Describe your overall experience at the Senior Bowl.
Mason Cole: I am really excited to be here. I am surrounded by some of the best talent in the country. Guys that I played against and guys that I wished I had played against. It is cool being around the players. It is good to get some of the interviews done with teams before we even started practicing. The whole experience has been great so far.
Alex Khvatov: Who was the toughest player that you have played against?
Mason Cole: Joey Bosa. I played against him my freshman and sophomore year. He is obviously very talented. He was the best DL that I played against.
Alex Khvatov: How does he compare to his younger brother Nick Bosa?
Mason Cole: They are both pretty comparable. They have a very similar body. They are almost like clones.
Alex Khvatov: What was it like being coached by Jim Harbaugh?
Mason Cole: I was really lucky to play for Coach Harbaugh. He basically ran the same offense that he ran with the 49ers. It is a complex offense. It is good to know that I can answer complex football questions while I am here. Coach Harbaugh and that whole staff were unbelievable.
Alex Khvatov: Do you think you can play anywhere on the offensive line at the next level?
Mason Cole: I think I can do it all. I am more meant to play inside at center or guard.
Alex Khvatov: What are your strengths on the field?
Mason Cole: Football intelligence. Being in the right spot. Using my athleticism to be in the right spot.
Alex Khvatov: What do you want to prove to NFL teams this week?
Mason Cole: I am strong enough to play inside. A lot of people have questioned my strength. I want to show that I am coachable. I had a long career at Michigan, but I still have room to grow.
Alex Khvatov: How would you describe your teammate DT Maurice Hurst?
Mason Cole: Unbelievable football player. He is an unbelievable guy too. He is really smart. He is a freak talent on the field. He is one of the best guys that I have ever seen.
