-would like him to be quicker to QB on pass rush

-needs to have more pass rush moves
Byron Cowart, DE, Maryland
-gets off blocks well
-excellent in run defense
-shoots the gaps into the backfield
-has a nice swim move in pass rush
-might be more of a 3-4 defensive end
Jaylon Ferguson, DE, Louisiana Tech
-needs to pass rush in a lower stance
-good open field tackler
-decent pass rusher
-moves well and could function in coverage
-is a persistent pass rusher
Carl Granderson, DE, Wyoming
-looks overmatched in pass rush
-competent on stunts
-needs to reform his technique
-looks capable of dropping into coverage
-violent hand fighter

-gets overpowered by linemen
-needs longer arms
-plays with some aggressiveness
-can get off blocks
-doesn’t have the upper body strength to be a good pass rusher

-lined up on the inside and the outside of the D-line
-needs to get off blocks better
-gets overpowered in the run game
-doesn’t bring pressure
-needs longer arms to pass rush

-explosive first step

-needs to work on his bend

-more of a 4-3 defensive end

-quick around the edge
-has some trouble getting off blocks

-would like to see him build some strength
