Alex Khvatov:  How would you describe your Pro Day performance?

Tre Thomas:  I was satisfied with the overall results.  I had to start training later than what I expected.  I have been training for only three weeks because I had to work and help my mom out.

Alex Khvatov:  Coming out of high school, what programs showed interest in you?

Tre Thomas:  Coming out of high school, Colorado State was my first offer.  I had numerous teams from around the MWC.  I had San Jose State, New Mexico State, Utah State, Nevada, Iowa, Northern Colorado and Wyoming.

Alex Khvatov:  Why did you choose Colorado State?

Tre Thomas:  I am originally from Denver.  I liked their overall program and where they were headed.  I built a good relationship with the coaches.

Alex Khvatov:  What are your strengths?

Tre Thomas:  The main strength is my work ethic.  I get others to work and compete with me.  I have that competitive edge.

Alex Khvatov:  What areas of your game are you trying to improve upon?

Tre Thomas:  Right now, I am working on my speed.  I want to get back to where my speed was before.  I gained 15 pounds in three weeks during training.  I am looking to get bigger, faster and stronger.

Alex Khvatov:  Describe your overall career.

Tre Thomas:  As a team, we accomplished a lot.  Four out of the five years, we went to a bowl game.  We had coaching changes, but I grew every year.  I played in a lot of games.  There were lots of memories.

Alex Khvatov:  What is the highlight of your career up to this point?

Tre Thomas:  It was my pick during my junior year.  It was my first pick six of my entire college career.  We opened up a brand-new stadium.  It was the first week of the season.

Alex Khvatov:  What is your biggest accomplishment in college that you are most proud of?

Tre Thomas:  The biggest accomplishment was just graduating from college.  I have put in a lot of work.  I received my criminal justice degree.
