Jawaan Taylor, OT, Florida #1 T

-decent frame

-good run blocker

-has average lateral movement

-uses his hands well in pass blocking

-needs to sustain his blocks longer

-left tackle at the next level

 

Cody Ford, RT, Oklahoma #2 T

-played right tackle in college

-decent pass blocker

-good lateral movement

-can pull as a blocker

-needs to square his blocks better

-he is a right tackle at the next level

 

Andre Dillard, OT, Washington State #3 T

-very good at picking up stunts

-not afraid to take the inside guys

-effective pass blocker

-needs to be a bit quicker to the edge

-looks technically sound

-best fit as a right tackle, but could be a left tackle

 

Yodney Cajuste, OT, West Virginia (underrated) #4 T

-good run blocker

-good pass blocker

-misses blocks in space

-great technique

-sometimes spears at defenders

-did have an ACL tear in 2016

 

Kaleb McGary, OT, Washington (underrated) #5 T

-interviewed not very well at the combine and brought up questions about his football IQ

-good feet

-shows vision and awareness

-good pass blocker

-plays with tenacity

-effective blocking at the second level

 

Greg Little, OT, Ole Miss (overrated)

-sometimes gets caught spearing

-NFL frame and then some

-needs to get lower on the run block

-can be a bully out there

-average kick slide

-LT at next level

 

Ryan Bates, OT/G, Penn State (overrated)

-needs to be more physical in the run game

-needs better feet when pass blocking

-needs better hand use

-trouble absorbing the bull rush

-does have good awareness to pick up pass rushers

 

Dennis Daley, OT, South Carolina (underrated)

-good pass blocking

-big game

-competent run blocker

-needs to be quicker to the edge

-did well against good competition like Clemson

 

Mitch Hyatt, OT, Clemson (underrated)

-Hyatt should have come out two years ago

-good run blocker

-good awareness when pass blocking

-needs to move his feet more when blocking at times

-needs a better base when blocking. Needs to get stronger

-this is a player that needs to be coached better and could be a good NFL lineman.

 

Andre James, OT, UCLA (Sleeper)

-good run blocker

-needs to get stronger

-moves well for a tackle

-good punch

-decent pass blocker

-best fit is as a swing tackle

 

Calvin Anderson, OT, Texas (Sleeper)

-needs to get stronger

-good run blocker

-has good pass blocking ability

-graduate transfer from Rice

-has good technique

-played left tackle for the Longhorns, probably stays there in the NFL

 

William Sweet, OT, North Carolina (Sleeper)

-high effort blocker

-good run blocker

-needs to square better when pass blocking

-good hand use in pass blocking

-effective in pass blocking

 

Jonah Williams, OG, Alabama #1 G

-powerful run blocker

-holds the line of scrimmage

-needs to play to the whistle

-I would like to see him improve his hand usage

-Clelin Ferrell got the best of him in pass blocking

 

Chris Lindstrom, G, Boston College #2 G

-interviewed well

-did well at the combine

-has some power in the running game

-can be both a zone scheme and a power scheme guard

-held his own against Clemson

-tough pass blocker

-big guards frame

 

Chuma Edoga, OG, USC #3 G

-played right tackle at USC

-good run blocker

-has some nasty to his game

-good punch

-needs to sustain pass blocks

-I think he should move inside to guard

 

Keaton Sutherland, G, Texas A&M #4 G (underrated)

-decent pass blocker

-good blocker in space

-decent run blocker

-needs to get a bit stronger at point of attack

-good showing at the Shrine game

 

Michael Deiter, G, Wisconsin #5 G

-played LT at Wisconsin

-big frame

-doesn’t have kick slide to play tackle

-plenty of power as a run blocker

-has some awareness issues

-big frame

 

Dalton Risner, OG/RT, Kansas State (overrated)

-moves well for a tackle

-needs to sustain blocks

-good enough pass blocker

-more of a right tackle than left tackle

-could be a guard in the NFL

 

Beau Benzschawel, OG, Wisconsin (overrated)

-good run blocker

-lacking in the pass blocking department

-needs better feet to pull

-more of a power scheme guy but doesn’t look it

-average at pulling

-didn’t do well at the Senior bowl

 

Ben Powers, OG, Oklahoma (underrated)

-good punch

-good run blocker

-good pass blocker for a guard

-blocks too upright

-big frame

-fear is that he has no power

-didn’t do well at Senior bowl

-I think he needs to be coached up a bit

 

Alex Bars, OG, Notre Dame (Sleeper)

-decent pass blocker

-he is a guard

-decent run blocker

-best in a zone running scheme

-some trouble blocking in space

 

Malcolm Pridgeon, G, Ohio State (Sleeper)

-plays with some physicality

-good run blocker

-moves well

-decent pass blocker

-plays with some nasty

-being rated as a day three guy when he is a day two talent

 

Lanard Bonner, G, Arkansas State (Sleeper)

-good run blocker

-needs a stronger base when pass blocking

-good pass blocker

-held his own against Alabama

-big frame

 

Erik McCoy, C/G, Texas A&M #1 C

-physical blocker

-holds the point of attack when pass blocking

-can pull as a center

-moves guys as a run blocker

-could be a center or guard

 

Michael Jordan, C/G, Ohio State #2 C (underrated)

-big frame

-good feet for an interior guard

-good pass blocker

-great awareness to pick up blitzes

-average run blocker

-could function well at all three interior spots

 

Garrett Bradbury, C, NC State #3 C

-gets underneath the defender

-wins his matchups

-has some power as a run blocker

-plays with some aggression

-sometimes struggles with shotgun snaps

-good combine

 

Elgton Jenkins, C, Mississippi State #4 C

-has some aggression

-blocks too high

-needs to work on body positioning

-has some power as a run blocker

-hold the point of attack in the passing game

 

Sean Krepsz, C/G, Nevada #5 C (Underrated)

-decent pass blocker

-plays with some physicality

-decent run blocker

-325-pound center

-could play guard and center

 

Connor McGovern, C/G, Penn State (Overrated)

-good run blocker

-average pass blocker

-needs better awareness when blocking

-needs to get stronger at point of attack

-best fit as a guard but could play center

 

Ross Pierschbacher, C/G, Alabama (overrated)

-needs more power as a run blocker

-decent pass blocker

-needs to get stronger

-needs to play with some more physicality

-holds the point of attack

-probably best suited to be a center

 

Jesse Burkett, C, Stanford (Sleeper)

-moves well for a center

-fits well in a zone running scheme

-has good awareness in pass blocking

-needs to square better as a blocker

-could be a guard/position flexible

-average run blocker

 

Trey Pipkins, OT, Sioux Falls

-played well at the Shrine game

-good NFL frame

-good feet

-has some good potential as a pass blocker

-still an unknown playing in lower division in college

 

David Edwards, OT, Wisconsin

-played RT in college

-not much of a run blocker

-didn’t have a good year in 2018

-decent lateral movement

-good pass blocker

 

Isaiah Prince, OT, Ohio State

-plays with some nasty

-good pass blocker

-average run blocker

-has some power as a run blocker

-NFL frame

 

Tytus Howard, OT, Alabama State

-average tackle frame

-did well enough in Mobile

-big frame

-didn’t play against great competition at Alabama State

-developmental prospect

 

Nate Davis, OG, Charlotte

-big frame

-effective run blocker

-played right tackle in college

-wasn’t challenged as much in the division he played in

-would like to see a bit more nasty from his game

 

Olisemeka Udoh, OT, Elon

-big frame

-needs better feet

-needs to square better when run blocking

-did well as a pass blocker

-too upright when run blocking

-played at Shrine game and was invited to Senior bowl

 

Max Scharping, G, Northern Illinois

-gets beat around the edge

-needs to work on his kick slide

-doesn’t block well on the second level

-needs to sustain blocks

-held his own against Utah

-big frame

-played right tackle in college, but is probably a guard

 

Bobby Evans, OT, Oklahoma

-needs to have better feet

-has good hand usage

-needs to square when he blocks

-decent run blocker

-big frame

-decent pass blocker

 

Ului Lapuaho, OT, Brigham Young

-he has had knee surgeries

-teams are concerned with his health

-monster frame

-nasty demeanor

-right tackle

 

Tyler Roemer, OT, San Diego State

-big frame

-off the field issues

-monster run blocker

-good feet

-needs better awareness in picking up blitzes

 

Zack Bailey, OT/G, South Carolina

-get caught lunging

-average lateral movement

-needs to block lower

-needs to square better when blocking

-probably better as a guard than tackle

 

Sean Rawlings, OT/C, Ole Miss

-could be that utility backup lineman who can play all positions

-decent pass blocker

-needs to get stronger at point of attack

-needs to square better on the run block

-good awareness picking up blitz

 

Jackson Barton, OT, Utah

-average feet

-good blocker when he locks into you

-misses blocks when run blocking

-average pass blocker

-probably will have to compete to be a swing tackle in NFL

-6’7 height

 

A.T. Hall, OT, Stanford

-strong at the point of attack

-average run blocker

-decent pass blocker

-played right tackle at Stanford

-decent kick slide

-I could see him being a solid backup at right tackle and guard

 

Martez Ivy, OT/G, Florida

-below average feet

-decent run blocker

-high effort blocker

-average pass blocker

-five-star recruit

 

Brock Ruble, OT, Toledo

-beast frame

-6’8 height

-transferred from Florida State

-gets caught lunging

-below average feet

-needs a bit more nasty when run blocking

 

Lukayus McNeil, G, Louisville

-needs better feet even as a guard

-played right guard for Louisville

-needs to get stronger at point of attack

-below average pass blocker

-okay run blocker

-got exposed by Alabama

 

Nate Herbig, G, Stanford

-big frame, 335 lbs

-good student at Stanford

-doesn’t move very well

-not very good awareness in pass blocking

-still a good pass blocker

-I expect him to be a better run blocker

 

Derwin Gray, G, Maryland

-needs better feet, doesn’t move very well

-definitely a guard in the NFL

-played left tackle at Maryland

-average run blocker

-big frame

 

Venzell Boulware, G, Miami (FL)

-graduate transfer from Tennessee

-average pass blocker

-needs to get stronger at point of attack

-average run blocker

-plays with some physicality

 

Hjalte Froholdt, G, Arkansas
