Ed Hunt: Tell me about your overall performance at the Pro Day. What were your numbers?
Stephen Denmark: I did 19 reps on the bench, had a 43-inch vert and a 4.27 shuttle.
Ed Hunt: Coming out of high school, what programs showed interest in you?
Stephen Denmark: A couple of teams were interested.
Ed Hunt: Why did you choose Valdosta State?
Stephen Denmark: I picked it out of the teams I had at the time.
Ed Hunt: What are your strengths?
Stephen Denmark: Press coverage, ball skills and recognizing tendencies.
Ed Hunt: What areas of your game are you trying to improve upon?
Stephen Denmark: You can never be good enough.
Ed Hunt: What was the transition like for you to move from wide receiver to cornerback?
Stephen Denmark: Just had to put your mind to it.
Ed Hunt: How would you describe your overall career?
Stephen Denmark: It ended with a championship, so I would say pretty good.
Ed Hunt: What is the highlight of your career up to this point?
Stephen Denmark: Winning a National Championship.
Ed Hunt: What is your biggest accomplishment in college that you are most proud of?
Stephen Denmark: Graduating and winning the National Championship.

Stephen Denmark: Work hard and never give up.
Ed Hunt: Who is your favorite NFL player?
Stephen Denmark: I couldn’t pick a favorite, but I like a couple players.
Ed Hunt: What is the most important trait for a cornerback?
Stephen Denmark: It depends on the person. It will be different for different corners.
Ed Hunt: Before the ball is snapped, what are the tendencies that you are looking for from the offense?
Stephen Denmark: It depends. I am looking at my man that I am covering.
Ed Hunt: What players from your team should we keep an eye on for next season?
Stephen Denmark: Darrell Myers and Toa Lavatai.
Ed Hunt: Who is the best player that you have faced on an opposing team?
Stephen Denmark: The best players I have faced have been in practice.

Stephen Denmark: The overall game, just having fun.

Stephen Denmark: I’m pretty rare with my height and speed. Not your typical corner.
