-lined up as a split end

-good hands

-average blocker

-needs to move his feet better when pass blocking

-flashes very good technique as a run blocker

-inline blocking is better than blocking in space for sure

Cary Angeline, TE, NC State

-good blocking on the move in the run game

-decent route runner for a tight end

-needs a bit better awareness when blocking

-drew double teams in the pass game

-decent hands

-needs a bit better pad level when run blocking

Nick Eubanks, TE, Michigan

-I like his quickness as a route runner

-needs to engage better when blocking

-decent run blocker on the move

-he is a very good downfield blocker

-good run blocker but didn’t in-line block a lot

Zach Davidson, TE, Central Missouri

-deep threat

-good pass catcher in his division

-good hands

-below average speed for a tight end

-6’7 height

Jack Stoll, TE, Nebraska

-aggressive blocker

-very good run blocker

-smart route runner

-average route runner for a tight end

-blocks well while moving

-more of a blocking tight end

Luke Farrell, TE, Ohio State

-needs better awareness when run blocking

-needs to engage better when pass blocking

-needs to square better/uses his feet better when blocking

-wasn’t very involved in the passing game at Ohio State

-didn’t run much of a route tree at Ohio State

-able to catch a pass but now overly involved in the passing game

Josh Pederson, TE, Louisiana-Monroe

-needs better awareness when run blocking

-good YAC guy

-smart route runner as a tight end

-6’5 height

-decent speed

Chase Allen, TE, Iowa State

-decent run blocker

-good blocker in space

-I like his effort as a blocker

-has some trouble getting off the line of scrimmage in the passing game

-scrappy player

-capable red zone target

Tre’ McKitty, TE, Georgia

-needs more effort in his route running

-used as a split end a lot

-needs better feet blocking in space

-capable pass catcher

-decent speed when route running

-average in-line blocker

John Bates, TE, Boise State

-average run blocker

-blocks well when moving in space

-doesn’t do much pass catching in Boise State’s offense

-I like how he finishes his blocks

-average route runner for a tight end

-can help in the passing game although not used there a lot unless for blocking
