The 2023 HBCU Combine was held on Monday, February 20th, as part of the HBCU Legacy Bowl week in New Orleans, Louisiana. The best players from across HBCUs compete in a combine and all-star bowl week, showcasing themselves in front of 31 of the 32 NFL teams and with scouts from the XFL, CFL, and USFL all looking for talent.
