The NFL has released its compensatory picks for the 2023 NFL Draft today, March 9th. The NFL awards compensatory picks to help teams replace significant talent that they lost the seaosn before.

In the third round, as an ammendment to the Rooney Rule, NFL teams are awarded 3rd round selections for minority staff members being promoted to head coaches or general managers in the league.
