-big target
-not a particularly sharp route runner
-likes to get open in the underneath
-very good catch radius
Idaho State (2018)
-team captain
-can high point the ball
-excellent red zone target
-played almost exclusively on the outside
-not much of a deep threat
-hard to tackle after the catch
-doesn’t exactly have burner speed after the catch
-gets the 50-50 balls. Seen him take on double coverage in Idaho Game

-no trouble getting off line of scrimmage

-doesn’t get jammed at the LOS
-decent blocker
-played out the outside
-needs to become a more advanced route runner
Collin Johnson, WR, Texas
-good blocker
-needs better ball security with the catch
-vertical threat
-decent height
-wasn’t asked to run a full route tree at Texas
Van Jefferson, WR, Florida
-average route runner
-average blocker
-lines up in the slot and on the outside
-wasn’t getting separation
-seems like Florida’s offense relied on short passes and not getting him the ball
Bryan Edwards, WR, South Carolina
-used on jet sweeps
-reliable catcher
-average route runner
-did a lot of quick slants/best fit is in a west coast offense
-is a decent vertical threat
Devin Duvernay, WR, Texas
-good red zone threat
-used on screens
-used a lot in the slot
-I’m not as impressed with his YAC for what he is
-Can come up with the catch in traffic
Chase Claypool, WR, Notre Dame
-used in the slot and the outside
-struggles getting off the line of scrimmage
-average route runner
-fights for tough yards after the catch
-wasn’t getting separation
Brandon Aiyuk, WR, Arizona State
-used on screens
-would like to see better YAC
-used in the slot but sometimes on the outside
