Chamarri Conner has been a playmaker in the Virginia Tech secondary over the last few seasons since becoming a starter in 2019. He’s been a prototype ROVER prospect, someone who can play multiple coverages and still presents some upside to grow into. Conner has a lot of work to do in man coverage but can be a valuable player in a heavy zone scheme.
