Overview

Kelvin Harmon was a four-star recruit coming out of New Jersey. He has become Ryan Finley’s favorite target over the past two years. He lines up mostly on the right side off the line as the X receiver. Speed is the major question mark with him. He also is a bit of a body catcher. Harmon has the size, physicality, hands, route running ability and body control to develop into a No.1 target at the next level. I expect him to enter the draft after his junior season, and he should be drafted in the first round of next year’s draft.
