Ed Hunt:  What are your measurements? (Height, Weight and 40 time)

 

Anree Saint-Amour:  I’m 6’3, 253 pounds, and I haven’t measured my 40 yet.  But I am trying to get a 4.6 for my pro day.

 

Ed Hunt:  Describe your overall experience at the NFLPA Bowl.

 

Anree Saint-Amour:  It was a great experience.  I felt like we had great coaches and competition.  It was cool having coaching from Ed Reed.

 

Ed Hunt:  What is the biggest thing you can take away from the NFLPA Bowl?

 

Anree Saint-Amour:  Them giving us a realistic view of what the NFL is like and how cutthroat the NFL can be.

 

Ed Hunt:  Who is the best player you have faced at the NFLPA Bowl?

 

Anree Saint-Amour:  Alexander Fontana.

 

Ed Hunt:  Who is the best player you have faced on an opposing team?

 

Anree Saint-Amour:  Mitch Hyatt from Clemson.  He has good feet.

 

Ed Hunt:  Coming out of high school, which schools showed interest in you?

 

Anree Saint-Amour:  Georgia Tech, Stanford, Michigan State, Missouri and Iowa to name a few.

 

Ed Hunt:  What made you ultimately choose Georgia Tech?

 

Anree Saint-Amour:  I am a homebody and so I wanted to be close to home.  Good competition in the ACC.  Good education.

 

Ed Hunt:  What are your strengths?

 

Anree Saint-Amour:  Being a guy with a high motor.  Rushing the passer in a limitless way.

 

Ed Hunt:  What areas of your game are you trying to improve upon?

 

Anree Saint-Amour:  Just trying to be more precise with my hands.

 

Ed Hunt:  Describe your overall career.

 

Anree Saint-Amour:  It was a good career.  Came in as a freshman, just trying to grasp everything.  Junior year is when I took off.  By senior year, everything slowed down for me.

 

Ed Hunt:  What is the highlight of your career at this point?

 

Anree Saint Amour:  Duke game, Louisville game and Bowling Green game.  I had sacks in those games.

 

Ed Hunt:  I noticed you have quite a bull rush.  What do you attribute this to?

 

Anree Saint-Amour:  I feel like the location of my hands, strength and speed to power help me.

 

Ed Hunt:  What have you learned the most from your coaching staff?

 

Anree Saint-Amour:  How to analyze the game.  How I fit into the scheme.  Analyzing the defense as a whole.

 

Ed Hunt:  Is there a role you have played on special teams thus far in your career?

 

Anree Saint-Amour:  I never really started on special teams.  I did play on field goal blocks.

 

Ed Hunt:  What is your favorite NFL team?

 

Anree Saint-Amour:  Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

 

Ed Hunt:  Who is your favorite NFL player?

 

Anree Saint-Amour:  Ray Lewis.

 

Ed Hunt:  What’s the most important trait for a defensive end?

 

Anree Saint-Amour:  Hands and having moves.  And being able to use those moves to get to the QB.

 

Ed Hunt:  Before the ball is snapped, what tendencies are you looking for in that offense?

 

Anree Saint-Amour:  I’m looking for things I have studied in film.  Looking at the hands.  It can give away pass or run.

 

Ed Hunt:  What players on your team should we keep an eye on for next season?

 

Anree Saint-Amour:  Charlie Thomas.  He’s still young.  Tariq Carpenter as well.

 

Ed Hunt:  What do you enjoy most about football?

 

Anree Saint-Amour:  The whole team perspective and the emotion of the game.  It’s competitive.  Being able to laugh and joke with those guys too.

 

Ed Hunt:  Who is your biggest role model and why?

 

Anree Saint-Amour:  My father and my brother.  They molded me into the man I am today.  My father is a spiritual man as well.

 

Ed Hunt:  What is your definition of a leader?

 

Anree Saint-Armour:  A leader is someone who is willing to be on the line.  Does all the reps.

 

Ed Hunt:  What do you want to do with your life after football?

 

Anree Saint-Amour:  Get into the business industry and maybe get into the ministry.

 

Ed Hunt:  What five words best describe you?

 

Anree Saint-Amour:  Happy, lighthearted, disciplined, responsible and resilient.

 

Ed Hunt:  Who will win the Super Bowl next year?

 

Anree Saint-Amour:  The Rams are going to make it back.
