Overview

Campbell is not a polished receiver coming out of Ohio State.  He is one of the more overrated players at his position.  But he has the physical tools that teams covet.  He is a slot WR with excellent speed.  He is athletic and is a threat to score any time he touches the ball.  He is also a dangerous return man.  I expect him to be drafted on Day 2.  He is more of a luxury pick, and an NFL team with a creative offensive coordinator will be able to unlock his talent and take advantage of his playmaking ability.
