Overview
Brett Rypien has been labeled more as a game-manager throughout his career, but Boise State evolved more into a passing offense in 2018. He is one of the more pro-ready QB’s in this draft. In my opinion, he is the most underrated signal caller in this draft class. He looks like a mid-round pick who should develop into a starting QB in this league.
