Tuesday Practice – Day Two

East Team

 

DT McTelvin Agim (Arkansas) 

He was the lead dog during Tuesday’s practice.  He dominated the one on one’s.  No one could block him.  He displayed an outstanding first step.  He was able to disengage from blockers by using his quick hands and good leverage.     

 

RB Tavien Feaster (South Carolina) 

He displayed good vision, quickness and a burst through the hole.  His skills in pass protection is what set him apart today.  His hand placement, balance and the ability to sustain those blocks to the whistle were impressive. 

 

RB Rico Dowdle (South Carolina)

Another South Carolina Gamecock made this list.  He displayed patience, quick feet and good vision.  He ran good routes out of the backfield.  He did a solid job in pass protection.  

 

DB Elijah Riley (Army)

He is a very versatile defensive back who can help a team in a variety of ways.  He showed good closing speed and instincts.  He was able to finish and force the ball out from the receiver at the last second.  He was also in on a number of plays in run defense.    

 

CB Parnell Motley (Oklahoma)  

Motley had a strong practice on Tuesday.  He had tight coverage throughout the day.  He is an aggressive corner with terrific closing speed.  He was able to drive and close on the ball in a hurry. 

 

WR Ja’Marcus Bradley (Louisiana)

He was the most reliable WR for the East team.  He has good speed and ran smooth routes.  He showed consistent hands and terrific body control.  

 

OG Michael Onwenu (Michigan)

He brings great power and strength at the POA.  Heavy hands and his initial hand punch jolts many D-linemen back.  He displayed an impressive anchor, good knee bend and solid hand placement.
