When watching the tape, Alex Forsyth reminds me a lot of Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce, playing with the same intensity and quickness to his game. Forsyth can move around and is very agile – capable of being schemed in various ways. He’s a solid athlete, has good strength, and plays with a lot of intensity. Forsyth could start in a pinch in his rookie season.

Alex Forsyth scouting notes
Pros:
- Very athletic, moves well enough to pull very effectively.
- Snap set looks awesome. Very quick and powerful.
- Good upper body strength.
- Fairly good at recovering.
- Hand placement is pretty good.
- Very stout pass blocker.
- Very capable run blocker.
- Picks up on assignments very well. Strong prospect.
Cons:
- I think he could get the ball back in the shotgun faster, but that’s a little bit of nitpicking.
- Not so much of a brute.
- Decent anchor. Has struggled with some bigger bodies off of a snap.
